Coravyn exists to give smaller owners access to practical project representation they might otherwise believe is only available to large organizations.

What Is Coravyn?

Big companies often have people whose job is to look after the company's interests when projects are being planned and serious money is being spent. They may have facility managers, project managers, purchasing departments, engineers, or other experienced people who know what questions to ask and how to keep a project moving in the right direction.

Smaller businesses and property owners often don't have those resources.

That doesn't make their projects any less important. A $10,000, $25,000, or $100,000 project can be a very significant investment to a smaller owner. They deserve someone on their side of the table, too.

That's where Coravyn comes in.

We provide practical Owner Representation, Project Management, and Facility Consulting for owners who need experienced help without building an entire department to get it.

Sometimes that means helping define a project before anyone starts asking for bids. Sometimes it's comparing proposals, asking contractors questions, looking at alternatives, coordinating the people involved, tracking costs and decisions, or simply helping an owner understand what comes next.

And sometimes the most valuable thing we can do is recognize when a project needs expertise outside our own and help the owner find the right professional.

Coravyn isn't here to replace architects, engineers, contractors, attorneys, accountants, or other specialists. We work with them when they're needed. Our job is different:

Our goal is to help you understand your options, make informed decisions, avoid unnecessary surprises, and get the right people involved at the right time.

You don't need a multimillion-dollar project to deserve someone looking out for your interests.
You just need a project important enough to you that you'd rather not figure it all out alone.
